Fazlin Esterhuizen's career at Mazars began in 2013 as an audit trainee. She later earned her CA(SA) qualification and was chosen for a secondment to Mazars' New York office, where she gained diverse industry experience, including manufacturing, property, and public interest entities.

Upon returning to Mazars in Cape Town in 2016, she steadily climbed the ranks and became a Senior Manager in March 2019. Her expertise spans various sectors, such as insurance, local public interest entities, international listed manufacturing groups, and large owner-managed companies. Fazlin excels in managing complex audits with tight deadlines and is highly regarded as a role model for her ability to lead and guide her teams to meet client needs effectively.
